Sire Protocol is made by Sire Systems LLC. Write to support@siresystems.ai and a person reads it.
Anything clinical. We cannot tell you what to take, how much, when to stop, whether to restart, or what a lab result means. That is your clinician's, and it is not a policy we can make an exception to — it is the whole design of the product. If you are asking whether a dose is safe, the answer is not here.
If something is wrong with you right now, contact your clinician or your local emergency number. Sire Protocol is a record, not a monitor, and nobody is watching it on your behalf.
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Where a screen is involved, a screenshot settles most things in one exchange.
Please do not send us a password. Nobody here will ever ask for one, and anybody who does is not us.
We answer as quickly as we can. Where a request concerns your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, deletion — we action it within 30 days, which is what the Privacy Policy commits to.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, and cancelling goes through Apple rather than through us: Settings, your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling never removes anything you have logged. Your labs and reviews are kept; the iPhone app does not show them while you are not subscribed, and they come back exactly as they were when you resubscribe.
Profile, then Privacy & data, then Delete everything. Your record is erased immediately and out of backups within 90 days. That includes your access log and your consent records, which go with everything else rather than being kept back. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, which keeps billing until you cancel it with Apple — the sheet has a button for that. The Privacy Policy says all of this in more detail.
